Common FAQ's
When you choose a membership option that is under the six month, monthly, or annual networking, your membership is set to automatically renew. Please be sure to mark down the date on your calendar if you choose not to renew. In case of any cancellations problems, we will be happy to refund your membership fees if you choose not to renew. Please provide a 30-day notice prior to your renewal date so that we can deactivate your account.
If you have a FREE listing, you can upgrade any time. If your listing is close to expiring and you want to renew, we recommend that you upgrade a few days before your listing expires. We cannot give credits toward an upgrade. It will just extend your membership renewal based on the timeframe you upgrade.
Articles submissions are limited to members who join under the annual membership program. We encourage you to comment on any of the posted articles or upgrade your membership. Our blogs are key word optimized for greater exposure for our experts. Contact us if you have any additional questions about how to upgrade your listing.

We also market, promote and advertise our directory so that consumers can find our advertisers and their businesses. There is no other female-only directory open to the public in the U.S. Our advertisers can be found by anyone searching for products and services throughout the U.S. If you don't want to be found, don't advertise!

We do not offer refunds on any of our membership programs. Refunds on the monthly membership option are not prorated. For example, if you cancel your membership any time during a month, no prorated portion will be refunded. If you cancel your membership prior to the next month's due date, no additional fees will be charged. Be sure to give us ample notice of your nonrenewal so that we can cancel your automatic payments.
Registering is not the same as adding your business listing. When you register, it gives you access to add a business listing and/or participate in the community forum. Adding a business listing is a two step process. Please refer to the video on the home page or ADD Listing on this FAQ page.
